The Third Room CIC is more than a service, it’s a sanctuary. A space beyond home and school where young people aged 16–25 can explore their emotions, talk openly, and develop the tools to thrive in a complicated world.
We understand that many young people carry unspoken pressures shaped by culture, trauma, or generational misunderstanding. The Third Room was created by a qualified social worker who saw firsthand how emotional silence and lack of support can impact futures.
Our approach is early, human, and real. We speak their language. We build trust. And we’re committed to walking with them, not just talking at them.
