About Us

We create safe spaces where young people can grow, connect, and heal.

What we do

We support the next generation through real conversations and practical tools.

Who We Are

Third Room is a Community Interest Company based in Croydon, founded by a qualified social worker with frontline experience in children’s and family services. We work directly with schools, local authorities, and youth services to support young people in navigating emotional challenges and generational gaps.

We believe in the power of early intervention and real talk, creating a “third space” beyond home or school, where young people can reflect, heal, and be themselves without fear or judgment.

Mission

To provide safe, transformative spaces that support young people aged 16–25 in exploring their mental health, developing emotional resilience, and building healthier relationships. We aim to bridge generational and cultural divides through mentoring, education, and authentic human connection.

Vision

A society where every young person feels understood, emotionally equipped, and empowered to thrive, regardless of their background, upbringing, or cultural environment.
